We would like to invite you to the first of four Trul Khor courses. Alejandro will transmit most important Trul Khor practices from the Zhang Zhung Nyan Gyud and A-tri cycles in the course of four years. The first course will focus on exercises such as the Tsa lung exercises, Gyam Lung breathing, two cycles of Trul Khor exercises from Zhang Zhung Nyan Gyud (cycle 1 and 6) and the first exercise of Trul Khor Ngongdro from the A-tri cycle.

Alejandro Chaoul has been transmitting Trul Khor teachings in various countries of Europe. As of this year, Alejandro invites all those interested in Trul Khor teachings to the Chamma Ling retreat center in Poland. The Chamma Ling center becomes the center of Trul Khor teachings in Europe.

The course consisting of cycles of teachings to be transmitted for four consecutive years offers an opportunity to develop experience to those willing to commit to the Trul Khor practice. Participants in the course will be able to prepare for subsequent stages of the training, deepen their experience of breathing practices and the Trul Khor practice in between the courses. Continuing the transmission of teachings, Alejandro Chaoul will teach subsequent cycles of exercises and will gradually introduce us to a deeper dimension of the practice.

Tsa Lung Trul Khor
WONDERFUL EXERCISES WITH ENERGY CHANNELS AND LIVE-GIVING BREATH

Trul Khor are yogic exercises from the ancient Zhang Zhung Nyen Gyu Dzogchen cycle of teachings of the Tibetan Yungdrung Bön Buddhist tradition that purify the body, energy and the mind. (Tsa – energy channels, Lung – subtle energy or prana, Trul Khor – translated as a magic, i.e. full of power, movement).

Tsa Lung - Trul Khor exercises are based on the understanding of the rule of cooperation of three aspects of our existence: physical body, life energy and mind. These three dimensions of experience are called three doors leading to realization. When the body, energy and the mind are integrated in the Trul Khor practice, they generate the “wonderful movements” that purge all disturbances to our functioning. The integration of energetic physical exercises with the breathing practice unblocks the flow of the subtle energy in specific parts of the body. Each movement loosens and removes physical, energy, emotional and mental blocks.

Trul Khor exercises harmonize the flow of life energy, bring back the natural constitution of the body, streamline the functionality of internal organs and vitalize. In ancient times, the yogis had no access to hospitals or clinics; they retained good health and vitality thanks to Trul Khor exercises.
The main objective of the Trul Khor practice is to get the experience of the nature of the mind. By way of the practice with tsa and lung and the essence of lung: the thigle, practitioners gradually gain an access to the nature of their mind. Therefore, these exercises are a gate to the more open, transparent and stable abiding in the natural state of the mind. Also thanks to the practice with the tsa, Lung and thigle, it is possible to develop extraordinary abilities.

Through the practice of Trul Khor, we can connect with the energy dimension of our entire experience. Each experience, each activity of the mind has a corresponding prana that is inseparable from that experience. Any negative experience, body and mind imperfections, diseases, disturbances as well as positive experience, all the abilities of our bodies and minds are rooted in energy channels. Channels and chakras comprise the internal, subtle structure of the body. When we practice Trul Khor, we influence all channels and chakras with parts of the body connected to them.

Trul Khor exercises unblock energy channels thanks to which life energy can move freely in them, can nourish, purify, heal and strengthen us. When we break free of negative patterns, we experience an opening that guides us to the experience of our essence.

Breathing practices and the first cycle of Zhang Zhung Trul Khor exercises will be transmitted during the course. Particular stress will be laid on practices with the breath that develop the ability to feel the subtle aspect of the breath (Lung, Prana). The experience of the subtle aspect of the breath (prana) is the basis of the Tsa Lung – Trul Khor practice. The idea behind the course is in the introduction of a deeper, more internal dimension of the practice thanks to the vivid experience of Tsa and Lung in order to acquire the ability to remove negative energy patterns that block our potential.

Those interested in Tsa lung - Trul Khor practices will be able to continue their studies during training courses to be held in subsequent years. This year, the course with Alejandro Chaoul-Reich, the main teacher of the Trul Khor yoga at the Ligmincha Institute in the West will take place on August 23-26 in the Chamma Ling retreat center in Wilga. The course will consist of cycles to be transmitted for four consecutive years, providing an opportunity for all those willing to commit themselves to the practice of Trul Khor to deepen their experience.

Trul Khor – Tibetan Yoga
Exercises can be good for the body, for energy, for the mind and for the spirit. Think about how you feel when you start jogging or walking after a long period of inactivity. You might have had mood swings before, you might have been stressed and drowsy while, after the exercises, you feel better physically, experience the free flow of energy, your mind is brighter you can feel buoyed up.
Energetic Trul Khor exercises (Tibetan yoga) bring about similar effects. However, Trul Khor was mainly created to provide subtle effects for the energy and the mind. Strictly speaking, Trul Khor exercises are helpful in the meditation practice; they open a gate to the more open, transparent and stable abiding in the natural state of mind. Thanks to the integration of energetic physical exercises with the concentration and awareness of the breath, we can unblock and open the flow of prana in specific areas of the body.
Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche

Exercise is beneficial, as it keeps our heart healthy, muscles toned, bones strong and body weight down. It also protects from diabetes and heart disease. Doing exercise helps lift our energy and mood, improves our sleep and keeps our immune system working effectively. And current research supports that exercise can also reduce the risk of certain cancers returning. In addition, Tsa Lung Trul khor has all the benefits of working with the breath-energy (prana, lung) and the meditative aspect of the mind, therefore being a truly mind-body-spirit practice.
