"Umdze" Workshop

This one day workshop is focused on the responsibilities & commitments of volunteer Umdze's, however it is open to anyone interested in learning more about Bon and its history.   General topics covered will be:

-  The history of Bon beginning with the origins 18,000 years ago

-  An understanding of the deities of Bon

-  The meaning and way to chant prayers

-  How to deepen your meditation practice

-  Bon etiquette for teachings and ceremonies

Registration is required and will be by donation.
