Jarosław Kotas - he has practiced the Bon tradition since 2002 when he met his teacher Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. Within 12 years of the practice he has received many teachings and - especially important for the cultivation of the Dzogchen practice - empowerments. He feels especially connected to Zhang Zhung Nyan Gyud oral tradition, toSherab Chamma; and to the teachers H.E. Lopon Tenzin Namdak Rinpoche and Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche.

Jarosław Kotas - he has practiced the Bon tradition since 2002 since he met his teacher Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. He feels especially connected to the Zhang Zhung Nyan Gyud oral tradition, to Sherab Chamma; and to the teachers H.E. Lopon Tenzin Namdak Rinpoche and Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche.

He has received the teachings from the both mentioned above as well as from Khenpo Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche, Chongtul Rinpoche, Nyima Dakpa Rinpoche, H.H. Lungtok Tenpai Nyima Rinpoche, Menri Lopon Trinley Nyima Rinpoche, Alejandro Chaoul-Reich and many geshes of the Yungdrung Bon tradition.

Jarosław lives and practices in Wrocław (Poland) where he works at the International Studies Institute of University in Wrocław as an assistant professor. In 1977 he achieved the ph.D. degree in the field of international public laws at the Jagiellonian University. He has been since 2 years the instructor and translator of Ligmincha Polska.
