Yeru Bon Center is open to everyone.
We offer open meditation sessions on a drop-in basis for anyone wishing to practice meditation. Whether you are experienced with meditation or have never meditated, are all welcome.
We offer weekly practice groups on Tuesday nights in Minneapolis and Los Angeles as well as Wednesday afternoons in Minneapolis. These groups start with a half an hour of guided meditation followed by a dharma talk and discussion. If you have have children, please check out the Sunday morning Children’s Practice, Pre-Teen Practice, and Teen Practice programs.
Those new to meditation may want to consider registering for the Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation course.
Yeru Bön Center is a nonprofit, spiritual organization that supports the ancient Tibetan Yungdrung Bön teachings and culture. Our mission is to provide spiritual instruction, and health and wellness through the Tibetan Bön teachings. Yeru Bön Center relies heavily on donations from supporters and sponsors.
