For the eighth consecutive year, Khenpo Rinpoche will teach us on the "Natural Emergence of the Three Bodies", so called Kusum Rangshar in Tibetan.
This important Yungdrung Bön traditions's Dzogchen text was composed at the 20th century very beginning by the Great Master Shardza Tashi Gyaltsen, who himself achieved the Supreme Achievement, by realizing the Rainbow Body.
Following the Kaloung Gyatso, another opus from the same author, Kusum Rangshar describes the preliminary practices bringing to the Dzogchen path. It presents the different meditation forms constituting the Dzogchen system, as well as some techniques intended to facilitate or support the meditation on the natural state and improve the progress on this direct way towards the full Awakening.
The Tummo practice, or yoga of the inner heat, is one of them. Last year, Khenpo Rinpoche began teaching on this theme, which forms one Kusum Rangshar's chapters. He will continue these explanations this year.
