Through this meditation practice we focus the mind on positive statements, not negative thoughts and emotions that cause suffering and misery.
Come. Khenpo Tenpa Yungdrung, Abbot of the Monastery Triten Norbutse in Nepal and chairman retreat center Shenten Dargye Ling in France, will continue his teachings so that we achieve taming one 's mind, develop greater concentration, being in the present moment, not the past or in the future.
Through this teaching and practice the Master guide us to experience as dzogchenpas (Dzogchen practitioners) state of great equanimity; meditate with less effort in the natural state beyond duality and achieve naturally and spontaneously get the ultimate goal, which is to remain in the pure essence, true nature.
As Yongdzin says Tenzin Rinpoche Namdak (Lopon): "The nature of your mind is always with you, it never leaves you. Teaching is like a mirror that shows your true nature. First you have direct experience of it, and then you have to trust her. "
