Lama Tenzin Sherab Rinpoche was born in 1953. Rinpoche grew up in the family, which belongs to the famous in Tibet family lineage Yangton - Bon Dzogchen practitioners. Currently, Sherab Tenzin Rinpoche is the main Lama monastery of Samling. Samling Monastery is one of the largest and most important founded by Yangton Gyaltsen Rinchenom in the 13th century. Rinpoche is widely known and respected in the Himalayas as a great spiritual teacher and physician specialized in traditional medicine. Regularly visits and gives the teachings in Russia.

Lama Tenzin Sherab Rinpoche was born in 1953. Rinpoche grew up in the family, which belongs to the famous in Tibet family lineage Yangton - Bon Dzogchen practitioners. The highest teachings of Dzogchen Bon - Shang Shung Nengyud over hundreds of centuries passed directly under the family lineage - starting with the first king of Tibet. In the 11th-12th centuries, representatives of the family moved to Mustang and Dolpo region and built several large monasteries in the Himalayas. Samling Monastery is one of the largest and most important founded by Yangton Gyaltsen Rinchenom in the 13th century. Since then, representatives of the lineage take a responsibility of educating the teachers in this part of Nepalese Himalaya. Currently, Sherab Tenzin Rinpoche is the main Lama monastery of Samling.

At the age of five Rinpoche has mastered the instrument and learned to read and write in Tibetan. At the age of eleven Rinpoche began studying bases of traditional Tibetan medicine, studying under the guidance of one of the most respected doctors and his grandfather at the same time - Namgyal Wangdi Rinpoche. When he was fifteen years old, he began to receive patients and provide medical services. Rinpoche is widely known and respected in the Himalayas as a great spiritual teacher and physician specialized in traditional medicine.

By taking several pilgrimages to monasteries Menri and Triten Norbutse located in India and Nepal, respectively, Rinpoche received the teachings from H.H. The 33rd Menri Trizin Rinpoche and H.E. Yongdzin Lopon Tenzin Namdak Rinpoche. Sherab Tenzin Rinpoche had also many other teachers, one of them was i.a. Tsewang Lhakyab Rinpoche from Samling Monastery. Rinpoche closely co-operated with the WWF organization (World Wide Fund For Nature), supporting efforts to preserve and study of flora in this part of the Himalayas, as a consultant sharing his knowledge and valuable suggestions. More than a decade Rinpoche is a key employee of the Foundation working in the field of the conservation of valuable plants and development of traditional medicine in this region of Nepal.

Rinpoche regularly visits and gives the teachings in Russia.
